How to clean hot melt machine groove?

The cleaning method of the groove of Hot Melt Machine is as follows:
One,Cleaning cycle
The gluing system of hot melt glue needs to be maintained and cleaned according to the frequency of gluing. Generally, the gluing system that works continuously for 24 hours needs to be cleaned once a month; General frequency of use can be cleaned once a quarter; Cleaning is recommended at least once every six months.

Two,Cleaning steps
1. Apply glue
First of all, we need to clean the hot melt glue in the rubber groove and hose. We can remove the hot melt glue nozzle and clean the hot melt glue. The residue in the slag hole of the hot melt groove also needs to be eliminated.
2.Boil and wash
Paraffin wax is placed into the rubber tank of hot melt glue, and the temperature of the rubber tank, hose and glue gun is set to 140℃~170℃, and kept for 4 hours or more. If the hot melt glue is pressure-sensitive glue type, it is necessary to use cleaning oil to cook and wash. It will have better results. The removed hot-melt glue gun nozzle can be placed in a container, added with paraffin wax, heated on the electric stove for about 1 to 2 hours. If there is stubborn dirt, it can be dredged with a needle after boiling for a period of time. After boiling, it can be removed for use.
3.Drain the cleaning agent
The boiled glue tank first releases a part of the cleaning agent from the slag outlet of the hot melt glue tank, and after the discharge of the residue is not much, it is changed to the rubber hose and discharged from the Hot Melt Glue Gun (no need to install the sprinkler head) until it is discharged. If there are more cleaning agents in the glue groove, it can be discharged from the slag hole and the glue gun at the same time.

Three,Put into use
After cleaning, it can be put into production and use in accordance with the normal use. If the paraffin is not completely emptied in the rubber groove, a small amount of hot melt glue can be put in first, and a part of it can be removed after melting, and then the normal use of glue.
